Join us for 45 minutes of pure joy on the mat! An open-level flow designed to relieve stress and tension from the day while building strength and boosting flexibility. We’ll always conclude with a deep relaxation, allowing you to drift off into the rest of your evening feeling wonderfully relaxed. Beginners are very much welcome (and actively encouraged!). We’ll provide options for everyone, from total beginners to advanced yogis, ensuring a supportive and inclusive experience for all. Come and find your flow with us!

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy for our classes. Please review the following guidelines: Class Cancellations: You can cancel or reschedule any standard class up to 1 hour before the start time. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the class start time will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be deducted from your pass or charged accordingly. 6-Week Introduction to Yoga Course: Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted, and the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits & Payments: Deposits for courses, workshops, and special events are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for other services. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you in class!
