Class Information
Let's Celebrate the start of summer and get outdoors. We will take mats and equipment and meet you in the Churwell Park, which is just around the corner from the studio. Slightly earlier start time of 08:45 - 09:30. Please wear extra layers to keep warm. If the weather is not suitable we will move back indoors but still run 08:45 - 09:30. Please see poster in Club for more details.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy for our classes. Please review the following guidelines: Class Cancellations: You can cancel or reschedule any standard class up to 1 hour before the start time. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the class start time will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be deducted from your pass or charged accordingly. 6-Week Introduction to Yoga Course: Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted, and the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits & Payments: Deposits for courses, workshops, and special events are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for other services. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you in class!
