Class Information
Join us every Tuesday morning at 09:30 for a high-energy, but less intense circuit class in Morley, Leeds, designed to get your heart pumping and set you up energised for the day. We encourage you to meet and make friends, and hang around for a cuppa a the cafe afterwards! All in a welcoming and fun environment. This class is a perfect entry point beginners who are looking to improve their cardio fitness, overall strength & stamina. WHAT TO EXPECT: 🥊 Boxing pad work & bag work 💥 Aerobic movement to great beats 🧘 Core toning 💪 Upper body strength exercises 🦵 Leg toning with step boxes All set to uplifting tracks on our top-notch sound system, ensuring you stay motivated throughout. We’re here to support you every step of the way, especially if you’re new to Boxfit. Book your place now and get ready to unleash your inner champion! Note: For hygiene purposes, hand sanitiser will be provided before using gloves. Boxing gloves are available to borrow.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy for our classes. Please review the following guidelines: Class Cancellations: You can cancel or reschedule any standard class up to 1 hour before the start time. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the class start time will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be deducted from your pass or charged accordingly. 6-Week Introduction to Yoga Course: Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted, and the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits & Payments: Deposits for courses, workshops, and special events are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for other services. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you in class!
