This is a cardiovascular based class, designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving.
Class Information
We take inspiration from boxing, kickboxing, martial arts and MMA. The moves are then choreographed to the music, such as punches, knees and kicks. Designed to give you a fun, energetic workout. No equipment is needed although you can wear gloves to give a more authentic feel. This class is non contact.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy for our classes. Please review the following guidelines: Class Cancellations: You can cancel or reschedule any standard class up to 1 hour before the start time. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the class start time will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be deducted from your pass or charged accordingly. 6-Week Introduction to Yoga Course: Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted, and the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits & Payments: Deposits for courses, workshops, and special events are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for other services. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you in class!
