Class Information
This class uses high intensity exercises with short recovery intervals. Some exercises may be cardio like burpees, jumping jacks or tuck jumps. Other exercises might be strength such as press up's, jumping lunges or ball smash. It is guaranteed to be an intense workout to leave you feeling energised and buzzing.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy for our classes. Please review the following guidelines: Class Cancellations: You can cancel or reschedule any standard class up to 1 hour before the start time. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the class start time will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be deducted from your pass or charged accordingly. 6-Week Introduction to Yoga Course: Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted, and the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits & Payments: Deposits for courses, workshops, and special events are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for other services. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you in class!
